Senpi Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2026

Senpi AI Inc. (“Senpi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use Senpi, including our website (https://senpi.ai), browser extensions, mobile apps, AI agent platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect limited information necessary to provide and improve the Services. This includes:

a. Information You Provide

Wallet Information: Public blockchain addresses you connect to Senpi.

Account Data: Email address (collected in some cases), usernames, profile information, preferences, and communications if voluntarily submitted.

User Content: Any messages, feedback, or other content you share with the Services.

AI & Agent Interactions: Prompts, strategy descriptions, instructions, and messages you submit to the Service’s AI features; conversation transcripts; and AI-generated outputs and reasoning. These may include trading instructions you communicate to the agent.

Automated Trading & Strategy Data: Records of your authorizations to enable, modify, pause, or revoke automated execution, the strategy and parameters you set, and a full audit trail of the trades, orders, modifications, and cancellations executed on your behalf, including resulting performance data (e.g., realized and unrealized PnL and drawdown).

b. Automatically Collected Data

Usage Data: Browser type, operating system, referring URLs, interactions with the Services, features used, pages viewed, and timestamps.

Device Data: IP addresses, device type, and identifiers.

Onchain Activity: Public blockchain transaction history associated with your wallet(s).

c. Third-Party Integrations

If you use third-party plugins, protocols, or developer “skills” within Senpi, we may receive or process data related to those interactions, subject to those third parties’ terms.

d. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for session management, authentication, security and fraud prevention, remembering your preferences, and measuring and analyzing usage of the Services. Some cookies are essential for the Services to function and cannot be disabled; others, such as analytics, are optional. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though some functionality may be impaired.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services
  • Personalize your experience
  • Enable and execute your use of the AI agent, the automated execution you configure, and related features
  • Improve the Services and our AI, execution, and risk systems, including to train and improve our models; where we use your data to train or improve models, we take reasonable steps to de-identify or aggregate it so it cannot reasonably be attributed to you
  • Analyze trends, usage, and performance
  • Communicate with you about your account and the Services, and send product or marketing communications, which you may receive upon sign-up and can opt out of at any time
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms of Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information:

  • With your explicit consent
  • With trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf under agreements limiting use of your data to providing the Services — including our wallet and key-signing infrastructure provider (Privy, privy.io), our cross-chain bridging provider (Relay, relay.link), and hosting, analytics, and security vendors
  • With third-party plugins or skills you enable
  • With the blockchain networks and protocols (e.g., Hyperliquid) required to execute the transactions you initiate; once broadcast, such data is public and immutable
  • With regulators or law enforcement if required by law
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of Senpi AI Inc., users, or others
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Service providers may include analytics, infrastructure, and security vendors used to operate and improve the Services. Our AI features are powered by Senpi’s own models; we do not share your prompts or personal information with third-party AI model providers.

4. Onchain Activity

Senpi is built on public blockchain networks. Transactions initiated by or through Senpi, including wallet addresses, balances, and history, are public and immutable. We do not control or have the ability to delete or modify onchain data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes, as further described in the “California Privacy Rights” section below.

6. Your Choices

Wallet Use: You may use Senpi without providing personally identifying information. Public blockchain addresses are pseudonymous but traceable.

Email & Communication: You can opt out of optional communications at any time.

Account Deletion: You may delete your Senpi account, which will remove account-level data from our systems (excluding public blockchain data).

Cookies & Tracking: You may adjust your browser settings to limit cookies, but some functionality may be impaired.

Access, Portability & Other Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing or withdraw consent for optional processing (including disabling automated execution), without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may request access to or export of your AI and agent interaction logs, automated-trading authorization records and execution logs, wallet activity logs, and account information by contacting [email protected].

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information in our control. However, no system is entirely secure. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallets, devices, private keys, and authentication credentials. We will notify you of security incidents affecting your personal information as required by applicable law.

8. International Users

Senpi is operated from the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

9. Children’s Privacy

Senpi is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (e.g., on our homepage or via email). Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
